In a new book, Conversations with Frank Gehry, the 80-year-old architect talks, answering questions from Barbara Isenberg. I always find it interesting to hear artists and creative people talk about their beginnings, their motives and their inspiration. Gehry was influenced more by artists than architects from those you might expect (Robert Rauschenberg) to others that might surprise you (Vermeer.)
